The 56th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology (JSPACI) welcomes all delegates to submit their abstracts to be considered for oral presentation.
Instructions for Preparing Abstract
■NOTE
・All abstracts must be written in English.
*The initial letter of the name or title is capitalized letter, and each letter is lowercase.
Please do not omit words and phrases.
・Abstracts prepared in English must be submitted via e-mail to the secretariat at:
jspaci-sec@coac.co.jp Please download the abstract submission form, fill in and send it as
the attachment to the e-mail titled: “Abstract Submission (First Name) (Family Name)”.
■Author/Co-authors
・First authors should be the presenting author and should handle all communication with
the secretariat.
・First author's full name, country, name of the institution, telephone number and e-mail address
should be filled in the abstract submission form.
■Title of the Abstract
・Title should be no longer than 200 characters including spaces, and must be brief and
identify the nature of the study.
■Body of the Abstract
・Abstract body should be no longer than 1,200 characters including spaces.
・Abstract should not contain any figures or tables.
Topics and Presentation Styles
Please select a topic which is most applicable to your study. Accepted abstracts submitted in English should be presented at English oral session. Please note that the organizing committee of the 56th annual meeting of JSPACI will make the final decision if the abstract is accepted. Abstracts Review and Selection
Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the organizing committee of the 56th annual meeting of JSPACI. Authors will be notified of selection by e-mail in late Augest, 2019. Travel Grant
The 56th annual meeting of JSPACI is honored to award travel grants to assist the young doctors from overseas for attending the meeting. ■Requirements for the applicants
・Young participants under 40 years old when they apply.
・Participants who live and work outside Japan.
・Abstract submission to the 56th annual meeting of JSPACI by the deadline is mandatory.
■Award ・Registration fee for the 56th annual meeting of JSPACI and the dinner party will be waived.
・The committee will support travel grants 50,000JPY for presenters and
10,000JPY for co-presenters (max two people).

・Accommodation up to 2 nights will be covered by the meeting.

If you wish to apply for the travel grant, please submit an abstract by following the instruction above. When submitting, please check the box “I apply for the travel grant”.
